By downloading or using Brim ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. License

JDL Software (Juraj Dollinger-Lenharcik) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Brim app on your Apple devices, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Brim Pro Subscription

Brim Pro is available as a monthly subscription (€1.99/month) or an annual subscription (€9.99/year). Both include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refund is provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3. Not Medical Advice

Brim provides general hydration tracking. The information and suggestions within the app are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract or copy the app's source code

5. Availability

We strive to keep Brim available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JDL Software (Juraj Dollinger-Lenharcik) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
